If you want to return your order for any reason, follow these steps:

If you decide to return your product, follow these steps:
Contact us:
Send an email to us and let us know you want to return your order.
Wait for confirmation:
Our customer service will check if the return is acceptable. You will also receive a return form.
Prepare the package:
If your return is approved, pack the product carefully and securely.
Ship the package:
Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service and share the Track & Trace code with us.
Receive your refund:
Once we have received and inspected your package, we will refund the cost of the returned items.
Non-returnable Products:
Products that meet any of the following conditions cannot be returned:
Sealed Products: If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
Custom-Made Products: Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned.
Hygiene Measures: Products in the "Beauty," "Kids & Baby," and "Sport" categories cannot be returned due to COVID-19 hygiene measures unless they are in their original sealed packaging.
Order Cancellation within 30 Minutes
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Please contact us within 30 minutes at info@fabor-amsterdam.co.uk to cancel your order.
Damaged Products Upon Receipt
We apologize if your product was damaged or incorrectly delivered. If this happens:
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, returns are no longer possible after this period.
Please email us a photo clearly showing the damage or defect. Photos must be taken on a flat surface, with the label and defect visible.
For damaged items, we will send a replacement free of charge the first time.
If there is a problem a second time, we will refund the full purchase price.

Defects or damage to the product after use
Sometimes manufacturing defects can occur over time. These are genuine defects where a part is broken and no longer meets the manufacturer's standards. Excluded from manufacturing defects:
Parts subject to wear and tear, such as:
Drive belts
Batteries
Brake pads and brake rotors
Chains, lights, spark plugs, tires, and hoses

1. How long is the returns period?
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received your product, inspected it, and confirmed it is unopened, we will refund the full amount via the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
3. Why are beauty and health products non-returnable?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, items such as underwear, bikinis, makeup, hair styling products, and beauty products cannot be returned. However, if the product is still in its original sealed packaging, it can be returned.
4. Do I have to pay for returns myself?
Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of returns. We recommend sending your return with Track & Trace, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
5. Can I return my product without contacting you?
No. You must contact us first, as the return address may differ from the original shipping address.

7. My order is damaged, what should I do?
