Article 3 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.
If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed before the conclusion of the agreement where the terms and conditions can be consulted and that they will be sent free of charge upon request. For electronic agreements, the terms and conditions can be provided in a format that the consumer can save for later reference.
If specific product or service terms and conditions apply, these apply in addition to the general terms and conditions, and the consumer can invoke the most favorable provision in the event of a conflict.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
The offer is non-binding; the entrepreneur reserves the right to modify the offer.
The offer contains an accurate description of the products or services offered. Images are accurate, but slight color variations may occur.
The offer clearly states:

Whether the right of withdrawal applies.

Languages in which the agreement can be concluded. Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
In the case of electronic acceptance, the consumer receives immediate confirmation. Until the entrepreneur does so, the consumer can cancel the agreement.
The entrepreneur takes technical and organizational measures for secure data transfer.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers can cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care.
The consumer must:
Indicate that they are exercising their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt.
Return the product within 14 days.
Pay the return shipping costs themselves.
Article 7 – Costs in the Event of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur will refund the paid amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return.
